We had a poo with colour today. It's really bad that we are excited about it. Guess that it means we have been in hospital for too long.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

We are hoping that this means the liver is able to expel the bile properly. We'll probably still need surgery, but at least we'll be able to get him bigger and stronger before that happens.

Today we are booked in for an emergency <A title=MRCP href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetic_resonance_cholangiopancreatography" target=_blank mce_href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetic_resonance_cholangiopancreatography"><FONT color=#800080>MRCP. It's like an MRI, but for the biliary ducts (the bit that's blocked). Unfortunately that means fasting and because we are in the emergency queue, it could be any time today that the scan happens, so we are going to have a grumpy little guy again.
